I was served by Kim and she was extremely helpful without being pushy She dealt with the sale very efficiently I left the shop feeling like we had made a good choice in going to Dreams to buy my granddaughters mattress

We bought a bed in April and were impressed by the service we received then so we decided to return to buy our new bedroom furniture from you. John was very helpful and did not pressure us in any way.

We were given enough information to be able to make a decision without the assistant standing over us or hounding us to make a decision. We were given plenty of time to try the mattresses and time to look without pressure, but the assistant was still close by if we had any questions and reacted quickly without us having to find someone or wait too long.
