An overall good experience purchasing a mattress from Dreams. We were not rushed to make a decision. The sales team helped guide us to make the right decision for our specific needs. Friendly service.

John the member of staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as this was our first bed, he took the time to make suggestions and comments on things that we hadn't previously thought of. It was not about the price of the bed/ mattress but more what we felt was right and suitable for our needs. A pain free shopping trip on a Saturday afternoon, which makes the visit and experience all the more impressive. Would highly recommend to friends and family and especially John as he didn't over burden us with information, but gave enough with enough character to make the visit enjoyable.

we were served by Pravesh in the Aylesbury shop who was very professional and experienced on all aspects of mattresses. he was not pushy and a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended valuable member of staff a credit to Dreams......oh and the store/shop was excellently laid out with good colour co-ordination. neil fraser
