We visited Dreams in Aylesbury on 1/11 After having a short browse for the type of mattress we wanted, John introduced himself. He suggested we try the test bed to ensure we would be purchasing the correct sort of mattress. With Johns help we eliminated a couple of types and we were finally down to 2 choices. John suggested trying the mattresses with different pillows which gave us the confidence to make the final choice. All in all a good and relaxed experience. We are sure we have made the correct choice thanks to his input

We literally popped in the shop to look at mattresses to get an idea of what was available and how much we would need to spend. Joe was excellent, offering us a drink and when we said we were looking, respected that and left us to look. He later offered to allow us on the mattress assessment bed and was extremely helpful and patient in helping us choose a mattress. No pressure at all. Thank you to Joe

Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible. Not too pushy on additional items but gave info and left us to make our own decision.

Sean was very helpful in finding out our needs and showing us varieties of solutions for us to make an educated choice. He was not pushy, something I particularly hate in sales people, he asked questions and heard our answers with suggestions, not solutions he thought would solve our problems.

Left alone to wander, I hate someone on my shoulder it makes me want to walk out of the shop, Joseph came when we required him for advice, he was very helpful, did not try to SELL anything just advised. and explained why, I give him full marks he also SPOKE NICELY,
