John was amazing, I don't give 10/10 lightly. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted / preferred and then John came along and virtually made the decision for me. Honestly if it wasn't for John I'd have spent about 60% less than I did. Honest, incredibly knowledgeable (I'm glad he has a partner already because that level of knowledge about beds and springs would not help him on a date). The right level of bant and perhaps too good a salesman for what my wallet would approve of. Either you have an amazing store manager or John needs a promotion. Or rather you need to promote John to run a store for your own interests. I sincerely hope he receives commission on the sale as if he hadn't been there you may not have made a sale at all. 10/10, beers on John's manager next week.

Joe was great gave really good product knowledge, gave me the knowledge and space to make my decisions, wasn't too pushy. His colleagues were good too

Person that served me believe name was Sean was very friendly and knowledgeable and was very kind. We liked that we were offered drinks and that the store was very child friendly. Product was available in store and was great quality. Service was perfect.

From the moment we walked in and out, we were extremely satisfied with the overall service we received. Paul went above and beyond all expectations.
