The sales assistance was very friendly, knowledgable and gave the right amount of assistance, helpful but left us alone to discuss privately what to buy. He was also understanding about our excited and energetic children running around. Nice coffee too!

When we went into the Aylesbury store we weren't pounced on straight away. We were given time to browse. Which in my book is a good thing. Nothing worse than having someone harass you as soon as walk in. The sales assistant we had was Pravesh. What's a fantastic member of staff. Incredibley polite, professional and helpful. He listened to what we were looking for. Didn't try to make us buy the most expensive thing. He made choosing our bed a pain free experience. He was very knowledgeable about all the things we asked him. The bed we settled on was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. All thanks to Pravesh and his help. He went above and beyond and gave us amazing customer service. The Aylesbury store are very lucky to have him.

I was very happy with the prompt attention of the assistant, he listened to what I required and gave me a couple of options then showed me an example with an alternative so I could make an informed choice. He was pleasant, happy and very upbeat and happy in his work even though it was a very hot day. The assistant offered me additional products to compliment my purchase but was not too pushy and listened when I declined which made my visit a successful and pleasant experience.
