Customer service from the assistant in store was very good, he was very helpful and friendly

John was patient and considerate to my needs. No hard selling just ensured I was getting the best product. He explained the colour coding which I found a great help. Fabulous service and hopefully a fabulous product. So much to choose from, was going to be a quick visit but ended up nearly 2 hours. Yet still no pressure to buy.

Upon arrival at the Aylesbury store an assistant immediately came to welcome us, left us to browse at our leisure. John the assistant then came to ask if we needed any help which we immediately took up his offer and he then proceeded to ask of our requirements, then showed us the most suitable beds he thought would satisfy our needs. The explanation of the different strengths/soft/firm etc was very informative. After trying out the different beds and mattresses which John thought would suit us, we decided to purchase one immediately. Although the assistants were extremely busy dealing with a large delivery at the same time, they could not have given us more help and attention. Overall we were very impressed with the store, assistants and the availability of watching the Dreams Temper video.

The assistant ascertained what type of mattress I was interested in and then showed me products which matched up this this.

Very good advice given by John Kelly. Very efficient, didn't waste our time showing irrelevant products, but was able to other alternatives when questioned. Very knowledgeable and a nice person to deal with. Good availability of product

Sean was a charm, understood me and my partners needs and showed us great patience as we flew from bed to bed. Also, coffee with biscuits was the perfect touch!
