Staff were friendly and helpful. Range of mattress and bedding was exactly what we were looking for.

Visited two time within a few days.. Both time the staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and polite. Listening to our needs and expectations. Having worked in the retail furniture business for many years in the past. It was a pleasure to be served in this way.

Sean was very helpful and definelty made us feel like he knew what he was talking about as well as being a nice chap ! Didn't feel he did any sales pitch on us at all which encouraged us to buy

The service received was outstanding. John was amazing. I could not say enough about how great the service he provided was. He was helpful, funny, had a personal touch when delivering his service, knowledgeable, he was just incredible. A perfect example of customer service.
