Dreams - Aylesbury

A drizzly freezing cold Monday morning was made bright by our visit to Dreams. The store was light and inviting, well set out with a wonderful display. The assistant, Jack who greeted us, was superb. He listened to our needs, and pleasantly and professionally went through the options with us. He was helpful without being pushy. The financial side of the transaction was carried out efficiently, and an agreeable delivery date confirmed. We hope Jack gets the rewards from Dreams that we think he deserves. Thank you Jack.

We were helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. He encouraged us to ty the mattresses several times, also getting us pillows to use. He knew everything we needed to know and explained the products fully. We were offered refreshments and were not rushed at all. We were very impressed with the service and happy to make a purchase.

Sales assistant was very helpful and explained alot about the differences between the different mattress. He was very helpful and made me feel at ease when choosing the right mattress for my 2 year old son.

We were meeted as we entered the shop & offered a drink before we told them our requirements, he was very knowledgable of our requirements.

The salesman Sean approached us within a few seconds of entering the store and asked if he could help us at all, we knew what type of mattresses we were interested in so this saved us a lot of time wandering around. He showed us various ones and let us both try them out several tiems before settling on a purchase, he was very attentive and did not give any pressure, offering us coffee etc.

We were approached straight away and it was a really quick easy purchase.

I was allowed to take my time; asked if I needed any help; provided with a tape measure as soon as I had asked for one; followed up without feeling pestered; given a generous discount on an already discounted product; the sales executive was friendly, real, polite, engaging... a real pleasure to sit down and do the paperwork with. He has great people skills and was a credit to both himself and your brand.
