We visited other retail outlets and felt that we were better informed and supported with the details that we required of our purchase. Both Chris Lock and John Elliott were so knowledgeable about the product and made sure that we understood all of the detail of the purchase particularly as I have suffered so much with my back in recent times.

Went in to shop on Sunday and salesman very attentive and knowledgeable. When ordering the mattress he told us the mattress will be delivered this coming Saturday which we thought was extremely good service. I have received a couple of texts already from Dreams to say that they will be delivering on Saturday and they will text again on Friday to give us a two hour time slot. Very efficient. Let's hope that the delivery itself is just as efficient!

Ryan was very polite and his knowledge was very good. We spent a long time making our choice and Ryan gave us the information we require but also the space to make our choice without feeling pushed. Very happy with the service we received.
