Dreams - Aylesbury

Adviser politely checked in with me on arrival. listened to what my needs were are identified a product that would be right for me. I was offered refreshments. We spoke about the interest free credit option but it wasn't pushed into it when it was clear it wasn't the right approach for my current circumstances. Delivery was arranged quickly and effort taken to ensure I was able to pay a deposit and settle the balance once I was able to move money around, vital for a big purchase.

We were just browsing initially, asked if we would like any assistance and no pressure was placed upon us at any time. We experienced good knowledge, helpful assistance in making our decision and a friendly, warm response. The price was very good and further allowances were made on a clearence item to our satisfaction.

The assistant Stave took the time to understand what we were looking for and recommended a range of beds and their features to suit our needs. He had good knowledge of the products.

Ryan was very helpful and although he’s a salesperson didn’t pressure us in making our decision. He advised and explained everything in a way we understood and used his own personality to engage with us.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful we were even given a cup of tea with biscuits which was a nice gesture. The lady we approached to ask questions passed us over to the store manager who’s knowledge was immense Would like to say also that the friendly happy atmosphere in the Aylesbury branch just hit you when you walked in

The enthusiasm of this member of staff. We were offered tea/coffee. We were greeted in the store and he spent time with us to make sure we purchased the right bed for us !! My husband and I felt that his attention to detail deserves being noted as you rarely see service like this these days. We found him a very affable young man and hope he is still in your service when we next buy a bed.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The sales assistant, Ryan, was very friendly and efficient without being too familiar and he had a good knowledge of the products. He was a breath of fresh air in the sales industry.

We were served by Chris who ensured our experience was both pleasurable and informative. We didn't feel rushed, and were able to ask as many questions as we wished. Chris ensured that we understood the important aspects of each mattress we were shown. A very good experience, and we would not hesitate to visit Dreams again! Aylesbury store, great staff on the Saturday I went in, time and care taken to listen to my opinion and needs, and every effort made to fulfil my criteria. Sean was fantastic, took two hours to complete my order, always polite and funny, always checking I was ok and offering drinks etc. Some of the other staff present, couple of younger lads were also excellent very interactive
