We visited the store a few days before placing our order and was met by Ryan who took time to understand our needs and directed us to his recommended products. He then left us alone to have a good look around and came back once or twice to see if any further help was required which it was. Excellent. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase and this was a MAJOR factor in coming back to buy our chosen bed & mattress etc

Quick, easy md friendly service

John was extremely knowledgeable and took great care to ensure I found the products that are right for me. I hadn’t intended to buy a mattress, I came in to test out for my free tempur pillow! And John gave me information about that with very good grace and suggested I try out all the different tempur mattresses available in store. As soon as I tried the cloud one, I knew I had to have it - I wouldn’t have believed it could be so easy to find a good mattress – I was really impressed with which I was really impressed That John asked really pertinent questions, assessed the way I lay on the bed/pillows to make a perfect recommendation. Job well done !
