We had a great friendly welcome from the staff putting us at ease straight away more my partner who is in a wheelchair and has terminal cancer. They liestend to our needs of what we wanted the bed for and took it on bored. They showed us a variety of beds and put no pressure on us to choose or buy a bed. The store has fantastic staff and offers a great service.

Ryan was very attentive, knowledgeable and informative also very tolerant to our children. Were offered a drink but never arrived.

Assistant was extremely helpful, products were available immediately and they even helped load up the car!

John Elliott was really helpful without being pushy as often salesmen can be. His relaxed approach backed with super knowledge found us the bed we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. We had time to go away and measure, nothing was forced, just really really good friendly service and knowledge. Keep up the good work team Aylesbury!
