Dreams - Aylesbury

Sean (at the Aylesbury store) was an absolute star in navigating my new mattress purchase. Listened, recommended and showed me all the options (I had previously gone to benson for beds where I was only show the highest price items) He was extremely knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend the Aylesbury store to friends and family to Sean! I hope he gets this feedback :)

Previously we have purchased a bed via John Kelly and his known and professional style was one of the reasons for our return. He is realistic, and offers a variety of options to ensure we are purchasing the right items, especially when it is a significant outlay. Whilst we had measured up, he suggested that as we had come in for one thing but had been drawn to another that we went and re-measured to be sure. This was very sound advise, and when we came back with loads more questions, he was fully prepared. Not pushy but professional.

Sean the salesman was very courteous and patient. He made us a cup of tea. He listened to what we wanted and suggested where to look. The shop (Aylesbury) is spacios and clean.

Went to Aylesbury Dreams. Chris helped us assisting and insuring what we are looking for. Didn’t wasted our time and gave us a mattress topper for free too. Thank you.

Ryan was very helpful but also knew when to keep his distance. He was there but not in an annoying way. He was friendly and helpful throughout the visit.

Nathan was a Very knowledge team member and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible and assisted us in our decision making.

Sean helped us during our visit. He was friendly and very knowledgable. We gave him a rough budget that we had to spend, either full amount on the mattress or if money to spare we would purchase a bed too. We also explained to Sean that we were probably going to test the mattresses in the store but then order online due to an works cashback my husband could get. This didn't deter Sean at all! Sean explained all the different options of mattress helping us narrow down to 2 or 3. Sean was excellent in giving us time to consider and knowing when to pop back to make sure we were ok. We even had a cup of tea while deciding! Sean engaged with our children too which was appreciated. Sean wasn't pushy or salesy, he knew when to sell. We have walked away a very happy couple, with a new mattress and bed, even some pillows and a mattress protector! (no online ordering for us!)..and 2 happy kids who know what they want when the budget allows. Other staff around Sean were all engaging and welcoming. Please make sure Sean (and the team) are praised for their service, considering we were one of the last customers of the day they treated us like we were the first...perfect retail experience

The assistant (Ryan) was very helpful, asking if we needed help not long after entering the shop. Offered a cup of coffee to us both. Very knowledgable about the product, delivery etc. Very friendly young man.

The staff at Aylesbury are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic service.

We had just been looking in Bensons and decided to check out the prices in store. Immediately on arrival we were greeted by a friendly member of staff, John Kelly, who offered us tea and coffee and had a chat about what we were after. He then left us to browse and when we needed assistance he was there to give us his honest and open opinion on what we were looking at. As a result of this we ended up buying an additional item that we would not have got had the service not been as efficient. Great customer service, well done.
