Dreams - Aylesbury

The member of staff I dealt was knowledgable and friendly,listened to my needs and was able to get me a good deal on the bed I needed.

We never shop at Dreams as the staff in wycombe are not great. We were in Aylesbury and popped in, great service and the products we wanted were there.

From the time arrived we were greeted and asked whether we like tea/coffee. Then Nathan,the store assistant, asked what were looking for, after telling him he offered several options one of which we decided on. Nathan then advised us of the offers which were on offer, we then proceeded to buy several other bedding products all of which Nathan advised on and was sure that we would be delighted with. It certainly made a refreshing change to be to treated well and deal with someone ŵho was so enthusiastic and knowledgable as Nathan. all of which Nathan assisted with.

The staff were very efficient and knowledgeable with products purchased. A mistake was made by me in measurements for bedroom furniture and they were extremely helpful in solving the problem with suggestions that suited our needs. A delight to have such a good store and service in Aylesbury.

The store was very clean, well-kept and organised. Plenty of space available and not too crowded. There were ample staff available, all of whom were very happy to help. We went to the store knowing we wanted a bigger bed but lacking in knowledge besides this. Nathan, who served us, was very knowledgeable, and we left having purchased a bigger bed and realising a seemingly long-off “Dream” - a TV bed with storage, memory foam mattress and bedding! We are so pleased with our purchase and can’t wait for it to arrive. We were informed of all the options available to us throughout the process, made to feel welcome in the store and able to test our purchase prior to acquisition. Nathan answered all our questions. While we were paying for our purchase we were made tea by Nathan and chatted with him and other store staff, all of whom were very friendly. The process was quick, easy and comprehensive; we left knowing and having everything we needed. Nathan and another member of staff carried our on-the-spot purchases to our car for us and loaded it. All-round excellent service, very rare these days! We will be coming back, thank you!

I FOUND THE PRODUCT QUICKLY AND WAS IMPRESSED AT HOW THE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF THE MATTRESSES WERE DISPLAYED. ALSO RYAN WHO SERVED ME WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.

We had previously visited and the salesman John Kelly had spent a considerable amount of time with us selecting the appropriate mattress and bed On our return it so happened that he was the salesman to approach us, so we were able to conclude our purchase. In contrast to other retailers, while waiting for some information we were also approached by other salesman concerned to serve us
