John the assistant was very helpful he listened to what we wanted and then showed us what we could choose from the coffee was grt he gave us too! All done very quickly which we wanted.

The chap that served us was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and ensured that we looked at the beds that would suit us. All staff were excellent and we never felt pushed into making a decision. Will recommend to friends

Efficient and friendly salesman who explained all relevant options honestly and fairly. Nice cup of tea and cappuccino too!

polite cheerful staff who were informative and happy to answer questions. I was able to take my time looking at beds/mattresses and different types were explained to me. I was able to choose a delivery day and kept informed by text of delivery time. The 2 delivery men were also polite and very efficient they wore shoe covers inside the house Bed was taken upstairs without touching walls or anything so not a scratch or mark anywhere.

The young man(Ryan) was extremely nice. Made us feel very welcome and his knowledge of his products was incredible. Thank you all .

I was served by Sean at the aylesbury branch. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He gave me time to make up my mind, advising me on all aspects of the different mattresses. Wasn't pushy not did he hurry me along at any time. Went through all the paperwork with me and it was very smooth and easy. Nice fella top customer service!
