The team at Aylesbury store were so helpful. We were in store for around 90 min all this time were so professional . Coffee was made while we sat and discussed all our choices, john store manager and his colleague both made our experience so smooth. Credit too your company.

we were not rushed despite it nearing the time for the store to close & John was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. John could not have been more helpful, provided us with a coffee whilst we tired the various beds that were in the range we needed.

The person who greeted us as we were looking round was helpful, friendly and had a good sense of humour. He showed us products within our budget and completed the sale in under an hour which was great as I hate spending long periods of time shopping! Overall I was very happy.

The manager John was very experienced and showed me a very similar mattress to the one I chose. He even offered tea coffee etc.

The service I received was really good and helpful. Plus I was offered coffee and biscuits which was gratefully received after the shock of the price I was paying, but well worth it. Nathan Smith was a brilliant salesman. I just hope my delivery and assembly of my bed will be as good.
