Initially Sean provided us the best advised as per our need and did not rush. Later on sale was processed by the store manager John. our sale wasn’t simple as part payment was made by old vouchers and rest on finance and John was very helpful throughout.Will really recommend the store to our friends..

I really liked the way John Elliot represents the store and shared his knowledge. He was patient and happy to assist me in finding the best product rather than the most expensive one. He gave me space and allowed me time to look at other Items. He was very friendly and welcoming, although I wasnt intending to I ended up buying pillow because of how well John presented the idea. Really happy with the service and looking forward to delievery of my mattress.

When we entered the store we were pleasently greeted and offered a cup of tea or coffee as we browsed. When we found a bed we were interested in we were given undivided attention by the staff member John Kelly. Having made the descision to purchase the item the whole process was very easy. I cannot praise the assistant who helped us enough. He was friendly without being intrusive, his product knowledge was per excellence. We were encouraged to look around, I was able to use the bathroom and my daughter and son inlaw were encouraged to change their little daughter at the shops facilities. We did not feel at all intimidated nor were we advised that we should buy something more expensive, and at all times all the staff were friendly and engaged. Also the store itself was comfortable not boiling hot or cold to be in and we were offered refreshments as well and it seemed as if everyone was quite happy for us to be there as long as it took. John Kelly the Assistant Manager was a dream ...... sorry no pun intended, he was courteous happy and had a good sense of humour and went out of his way to assist our purchase of a LOVELY NEW TELEVISION BED.

Spoke to someone straight away, very helpful and order will be with me in less than a week.

The assistant named Nathan was very helpful,knowledgable and attentive but not over bearing.

Item we wanted to see was on display with 20% discount. Very helpful assistant .

We were familiar with the product. Your staff (john Kelly) was excellent in dealing with me & showed a very good sense of humour.

The sales person Nathan Smith was highly attentive to our needs and also his knowledge of the product he was selling was second to none right up to the point where we were issued our own pillows which we used to demo on each bed/mattresss we were shown. It was also nice to receive hot drinks and biscuits whilst we were going through the payments and paperwork. Nathan was also exceptional with our 6 year old who was getting inpatient but he interacted with him as well as us.
