Dreams - Aylesbury

From the moment we walked into the store for our pre-booked appointment we felt as though we were being taken care of. From the offer of coffee to explaining the bed that scans our body, John was extremely friendly and professional. He showed us a range of beds that could have suited us and also explained the benefit of the right pillows. We have purchased a bed and look forward to it being delivered next week.

Appreciated the just right level of the sales man's service. Not pushy or overbearing, but knowledgeable and a light touch.

Great service, Sean clearly knew his stuff, was very friendly and took the necessary time to understand our needs and find the right product for us. Only slight downside is having to wait over a month to receive our new bed but that was largely expected. Overall a great service.

The man who served us was brilliant, he went above and beyond with being helpful, when our preferred bed was not available he showed us one that was slightly better as in stronger. He helped us no end, offered us drinks, showed us reasons why we might of had trouble sleeping. Was generally a really helpful guy. He also included our daughter too and didn't see her as an inconvenience like others might have.

Zac the sale assistant was extremely pleasant, he mentioned that he was new but was able to present products to us without difficulty, he wasn't pushing us into buying a product he showed a lot time and patience. He really was an excellent sales assistant.

I had viewed the divan I wanted online but needed to see it in store. I was greeted straight away and asked if I needed any help. Joe understood quickly the divan I was after and took me directly to the item. He showed the various colours and as I was querying if it would fit he went to get a tape measure to reassure me. As I was happy to purchase Joe took the order efficiently and explained the options clearly. Very pleased with the service.

Very helpful staff and we were helped to get the best offers we could

John Kelly (sales assistant at Aylesbury branch) was very friendly, met our needs and was quick and efficient. We actually went next door on the retail park to 'Benson for Beds' to look at similar products but they didn't even acknowledge we had entered the store! We duly went back to Dreams and John to place our order. A nice touch was that John gave our children two of your Olympic Books as a gift.
