We only wanted a mattress but bought two Tempur pillows after taking them for a test run whilst trying out the wide selection of mattresses available

Sean who served is spent time explaining the best bed for us and another customer who he had seen the day before came in to purchase the items selected he called out to a colleague to assist them but stayed with us even though at the time a sale wasn't guaranteed with us.

Staff efficient, helpful, friendly. Viewed bed, short wait to make purchase but offerred coffee and seat. Transaction fast. Knowledgeable salesman. Have purchased from Dreams previously and always recommend.

Staff were very attentive, friendly and came across as being genuinely interested in any sleep issues you had and offering a solution to potentially help them. The discount off the mattress we purchased was a big benefit as was the free mattress cover given.

It was great to use the tempur experience booth and really be able to use and try the bed before purchase
