The .colour code for mattress was easy to follow and you had plenty of stock to choose from.

Nathan and John provided excellent customer service for me and my disabled husband trying to navigate the shop. Nathan displayed excellent knowledge of the products and played a key part in helping us make a decision

we were quickly approached by a friendly member of staff called john. he offered us drinks and even gave time to chat to and about our 3 month old daughter. very friendly decent guy hope all staff members are like him. he knew his stuff and what are needs were and was quick to assure me that wooden slats that i cant stand are ok but sold base is better. he gave us time to choose talk and make up our minds

ease of ordering the right item that suits you

Peter the salesman who served us was very helpful , nothing was to much trouble considering the store was closing and he had a roast dinner waiting for him at home.

We were served by John who had provided a great service when we had bought a mattress on a previous visit. He spent a lot of time with us even though it was Sunday and he told us to take our time. We will return for Wardrobes when we are more certain of measurements to take his advice.
