Dreams - Aylesbury

We were left to browse for a while, I hate being pounced on as I walk into a store. Josh seemed to make a point of being nearby should we need help. Eventually we did and he started us off on a mattress machine before passing us on to Paul, a sales person. Paul really knew his stuff and was perfect for us.

Customer service was excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and very patient as I made my decision.

Quality of the service provided by John while in store and with his help in seeking the right product to meet our needs - no pressure to achieve a sale but very helpful and effective service 😊 The coffee was great while we completed our order as well 😊

As soon as we walked into the Store Zack offered us a tea ,coffee,or hot chocolate. He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him,and was able to answer all our questions about the mattresses we were looking at.

Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the products,he even went into his background when working on delivering beds now works on the shop floor

The products in the 'Dreams' are durable and the staff are very friendly and have product knowledge.

Very helpful assistant. Pillows were being sprayed after each use. Lots of products to choose from.

Went into store, found exactly what we wanted, got straight to the till and was assisted straight away, paid and walked out all in the space of around 30 mins fantastic Joe
