Met by a store assistant straight away who gave advise and offered in store tech to help determine the best product for us and our needs. Spent lots of time to make sure we were happy with our choice showing us many options.

We were offered help/ advice the minute we walked through the door, help was not forced like it often is in some stores. We were asked what we were looking for and then offered the sleep position analyser to help pick the correct mattress. Fran could not have done more for us.. we were offered drinks and biscuits before being show. A variety of different mattresses and beds that he thought would suit us.. He also only showed us mattresses and beds that were within our budget and he did not try to push us to buy something more expensive. The store was spotlessly clean and we were given all the time we wanted to make a decision without feeling rushed

Very friendly costumer service. Store assistant explained all my options and found a product which suited my needs. I did not feel rushed or pushed into anything I wasn't happy with.

From the moment we entered the store the manager approached us to assist and continued to help and advise us without being pushy. He explained everything to us and discussed our options and gave a good service.

John Kelly was knowledgeable and very friendly. Walked us though the various options available and explained the cost implications of each option. We were under no pressure to place an order and he was very happy to spend time answering our questions.

Sean was fantastic, he listened to our needs and offered sound advice on the products. He showed us a range of beds that were recommended after guiding us through the bed calculator. Despite the store being busy we were not rushed into making a decision.
