found the salesperson Fran very helpful and showed us lots of choice without being pushy. he listened and was very helpful indeed.

On entering the store we were approached by Sean, he kindly offered us his help and assistance but we turned it down to browse ourselves .When we had a good idea of what we wanted Sean was available to give us his expert advice.My unruly 2yr old was bouncing on the beds and running around the store , Sean didn’t mind and offered my son some crayons and refreshments. We found Sean very friendly but professional .We really enjoyed our shopping experience at Dreams today thanks to Sean

We were looking at getting new pillows & Prash recommended the Tempur Cloud Pillow which he let us try whilst he made us a coffee.

We felt very important and that every possible angle had been covered to make us happy not only with what we had chosen but more importantly the cost, which was a lot less than we had thought

The Staff by the name Prash was very helpful, patient and took time to understand what we wanted and helped accordingly. He equally offered us a cup of tea which was very great.
