Good price comparing with other shops, happy with the assistance, I bought the bed of my dreams!

The agent dealing with our order ( pars), took his time with every aspect of our decision. From the quality of each mattress, to the price ranges and the monthly cost of each. He answered all questions and concerns that my partner had and was very thorough.

I went in the store knowing what I wanted and the sales assistant helped me to get this with no issues. There was no pushy salesmanship and no pressure to spend more than what I was comfortable with.

The young man who helped us was very patient, explained the different beds, mattresses. Took the time to discuss our needs and helped us choose the bed that best matched our critera. He mixed and matched and sorted everything. Was a complete star. A Credit to your company.

The level of service was involved but not to te point of feeling smothered, my salesman who turned out to be the assistant manager helped me confirm my choice of mattress without me feeling as if he was trying to sell something

The sales assistant Francesco was very helpful and spent a good amount of time with us assessing our needs. Service was efficient , courteous and friendly . We also liked the large selection on offer.

Francesco was very attentive and knowledgeable without giving heavy sales pushing. He gave us our own time. We were deliberating a long time and he was very patient and friendly. The Dream Machine was a good way to have some fun before you try and obviously very helpful. We were just looking for my son with a toe dipping for myself and we both ordered a mattress. Oh and thanks for the coffee and biscuits. This is the 3rd time buying from Dreams.
