Friendly staff. Helpful quick. Good knowledge about product

Staff had good product knowledge and so were able to offer appropriate advice.

I was very happy with the service that I received from the assistant (John Kelly) - he greeted my carer (Vanessa) and myself in a very friendly manner. Whilst I was trying out the different mattresses and beds in the store, John went to get a Latte for Vanessa & coffee for myself - with biscuits - as Vanessa didn't like Bourban biscuits - John went and got a packet of Custard Creams for her! I will definitely recommend Dreams to my friends & family. I am looking forward to the delivery of my new bed.

1st time shopping at Dreams. Couldn't fault experience.

The person dealing with us was very friendly and helpful. There was no rush and we were made to feel very relaxed.

We were extremely impressed with how quick we were able to get our order and the fact the bed was assembled quickly and the old one taken away. All done in a week.

First visit had a great chat with the store manager talking about all the different mattresses, I can back with my husband to find the best mattress for us

I very much enjoyed the experience at Aylesbury’s city centre store, matching my sleeping posture to the ‘right’ mattress for me. Your advisor was able to show me the options within my stated budget (which was very appreciated), which included a mattress in your clearance zone which would have been out of budget had it not been for the clearance. He was very friendly and courteous - checking that the clearance mattress hadn’t been previously ‘received interest/ reserved’ by other customers speaking to other staff members at this time. I really appreciated this service and the free parking made my experience very relaxed (as I hadn’t planned to spend so long in the shopping park and was in a rush when I entered). A special thanks to our assistant manager/ my advisor (who did introduce himself but on my part I have completely forgotten and do not have the receipt on me at this time - he was amazing and so helpful, I know he previously lived in oxford as he also gave me some tips of where to visit as I am new to the area and was heading there that day).
