Dreams - Aylesbury

My wife and I were looking for a mid-sleeper bed for my son. We were served by the Aylesbury store manager (John Elliott) and he spent a great deal of time with us and our son, to understand our needs. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products and explained the pros and cons of all the choices available to us. He was very patient with our very excited 5yr old son and instead of confirming the sale there and then, he suggested that we measured my son's room to ensure our preferred choice would fit. We returned a week later to place the order and this time we were served by the Assistant Manager (John Kelly) and he placed the order very quickly and explained all of the options available to us, including options for discount. All the staff were very knowledgeable and supportive, Thank you!

The sale assistant was brilliant, very accommodating and the mattress selection process using the machine was brilliant. Product range was extremely good leaving me with a choice, and hit my delivery requirement which was superb. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone, and I had no need to visit to compare another store.

Sean the sales man was very knowledgeable and persistent with his search for the right mattress for me. He was very pleasant and good at his job, offering tea or coffee too. Would def reccomend.

Professional and friendly service from Sean. Felt like all the options relevant to us were explained well. There was no 'hard sell' which I know my other half was afraid of. We were well looked after, with refreshments offered, which we didn't have but our littles ones had a biscuit and we used the changing facility on site for our baby boy.

We had decided to look at a few suppliers and Dreams was the first showroom we entered. John Elliott who approached us explained how the showroom was designed regarding beds and mattresses and how we could use the postural machine to help determine the type of mattress to suit our needs. He was very helpful without our feeling pressurised. He left us to look around with the help of the print out, but was there if we needed answers. The experience was such we decided to order whilst we were there.
