From the moment I walked in I was offered help to choose a mattress, I did not feel pressured into buying anything or felt I had to hurry in choosing. I was offered tea or coffee. The assistant was very professional and patient, the different types of mattress were explained to me.

The Manager of Aylesbury Branch could not have been more helpful. He wasn't at all pushy but so knowledgeable that we are more than confident with the purchases we made. It was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have had. Buying a bed and mattress is a big purchase and I am so looking forward to it being delivered.

John grated us and was very friendly, he was quick to understand my needs and guided me with very good knowledge, the use of the automated bed was also a very nice touch, he gave enough space when needed and was quick to recommend beds that fitted my needs. The process was quick and painless and I would highly recommend him.

Scott was very helpful and the automatic bed selector machine gave us confidence in the choices offered. Bed has just arrived and yet to be tested! Delivery team of Martin & Peter were very efficient and friendly and used shoe protectors and gave advice about using the mattress.

Sean in your Aylesbury store was our sales person. He was absolutely fantastic in helping us work our which mattress we would need. He then spent a long time walking us through each option available and helped us make an informed choice from the clearance section (as we really needed to get our hands on a new mattress as soon as possible). Sean was a real credit to the business and never made us feel at any point he was trying to sell us anything. He helped arm us with the information and then delivered.

The assistant was attentive and efficient without being pushy. He had good knowledge of the type of mattress which would be suitable for us and he moved different mattresses onto different bed frames in order for us to try various combinations. We undertook the Recommended Postural Support assessment using your new technology and this was very useful in helping us to determine the right type of mattress for our physical frame and our required lumber support. All in all it was an excellent shopping experience. We have used Dreams in the past and will definitely do so again.

Parash was very accommodating and helpful all three times we were in store. Other team members were friendly too.
