Dreams - Aylesbury

As soon as we walked in in Dreams in Aylesbury John asked if we needed any assistance. He then took some ideas of what we were looking for and found a bed for us that suits our wants. We were offered a hot drink and then he showed us how to test what mattress would be better for us and showed us what bedding he recommended. He booked us for a delivery on a date that suited us and clearly went through the costs of everything and what to do the delivery date was no longer suitable. Overall we were very happy with the service provided and have recommended Dreams and John to friends and family.

Could not fault the customer service given. I understand that the member of staff has only been employed for 3 months. However, the level of knowledge, his professional but friendly manner could not have been bettered.

Despite the store being very busy and understaffed we were greeted by very friendly, knowledgeable and happy staff members. We are very happy with the purchase we made and very satisfied with the customer service we received.

Assistance was given almost as soon as we entered the store.we were helping elderly relatives choose their next beds and were very pleased someone was there to explain and advise the procedure of first to choose the mattress then the beds and headboards. Everything went very smoothly throughout our visit. Also had very tasty coffees and hot chocolates.

We are awaiting a new bed delivery from another supplier which is delayed by 3 months, and needed a Bed base urgently. The Aylesbury store were able to supply a Base on the day from the store, that we were able to take away with us. As soon as we spoke with Joe in the store, he understood our requirement and directed us to the most suitable option that the store could offer. The store then moved the Base to the rear loading bay, so we were able to arrange pick up 1 hour later, take the goods and sleep on the Bed that evening. Joe than asked if we required any other products and my partner realised we needed a spare Quilt, Joe directed us to the options we required, and completed that purchase as well.

The salesman Paul was very attentive and knowledgable and processed our order quickly and efficiently

I was well served by Paul in the Aylesbury store. When I had to return home to check the size required before placing my order, he kept the details to hand, and believed that I would return as promised. He also took care to satisfy any questions.

Staff came to our assistance immediately we entered. We were served by Joe in the Aylesbury store. He was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. He advised us in a very balanced way and helped us arrive at our decision to purchase with the minimum of fuss and a feeling of confidence in what we were doing.
