Quick and efficient service from the Store Manager.

We were helped by Sean. He was absolutely brilliant at helping us choose today. My husband was just going to look but was so impressed with Sean that we bought our mattress and also 2 tempur pillows. I have never spent so much on pillows before( £200). But we were smiling. We couldn't have been served any better. An amazing man and also a mention for the other chap I think the manager. We didn't get his name. A very happy team .We would definitely shop again .

I was impressed with the fact that Dreams assess your optimum requirements with a questionairre re your height, weight and the position in which you sleep, while taking into account your budget. John was knowledgeable and friendly, and helpful offering me advice and recommendations of the mattress that would be most appropriate for my daughter. At no time did he attempt to use a hard sales technique or try to persuade me to purchase a product that was more expensive than I wanted. The coffee was very welcome also!

We ordered a divan bed to be delivered towards the end of the month. As we were satisfied with both the bed and the service we ordered a second bed for our third bedroom - to be delivered in December! we were very pleased with the time and date slots for both beds.

Sean was fantastic in Aylesbury. He greeted me as soon as I came in, offered me tea and biscuits and talked me through everything. I placed my order and then came back later with my partner to try the bed, we ended up upgrading the mattress and Sean made the whole process very easy.

Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Price was on point, and happy with the time until delivery.
