We was greeted a warm welcome when me and my nanna went into the store, we were offered help straight away, I done the bed test and the bloke looking after us found the ‘perfect’ beds that matched my score from the test. He was knowledgeable and friendly he took the time to answer my Nanna’s many a questions. Great customer service

We were served by Francesco, who was a DREAM. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Showed us the options available and went the extra mile to ensure we made the decision that was right for us. A very satisfactory shopping experience.

The moment I entered the store I was approached by a member of staff who used the bed with a machine to scan my body to find a suitable mattress for me.

We were looking to purchase a new mattress, very quickly a salesman approached us to offer help. He was really helpful and knowledgable. He asked lots of questions to make sure he could offer us the best mattress to suit our sleep needs. . We don’t generally like being bothered by staff when browsing but this particular young man wasn’t pushy in any way and truly knew what he was talking about, it was refreshing!
