Dreams - Aylesbury

Wanted to buy a new mattress. Fran approached us asking if he could help. Put us on the bed contraption and told us which mettress we needed. He certainly knows his stuff. We eventually decided on a Dreams mattress, which we have had before. Fran then took us to order which took five minutes with a coffee thrown in. Job done. Thankyou

Everytime we come, we receive excellent service from Fran. We used to be fans of Bensons for Beds but meeting Fran and working with him to furnish our bedrooms has really turned everything around. We have purchased beds and mattresses for both of our spare rooms thanks to Fran and we will be back when we need more.

All the staff I encountered were friendly cheerful and had time to spend with me. Understanding what u want. The manager who finally assisted me on the day I brought the bed and mattress I wanted was more than patient with me gave me time to try all the beds again explained and answered everything I needed to know and eventually helped me decide on mattress as I originally hadn’t plan on buying a mattress just divan bed but then deciding I would buy the full set. I couldn’t fult the store

The service was appropriate to our needs. They were not too pushy but we’re helpful in directing us through our decision making process. The kids were well occupied whilst we were testing out mattresses!

John at Dreams in Aylesbury is very very attentive and knowledgeable! He made us feel welcomed and even asked the kids if they wanted hot chocolate and a biscuit. Their faces lit up especially as he said to them they could help him. Been served by John twice before and every time he delivers high quality customer service - he truly deserves to be recognised for this as he goes over and above what is deemed as satisfactory customer service.

Prashant was very helpful and knowledgeable. He approached me as soon as I walked in to the store in a proactive but friendly manner. I was sceptical at first about the technology used to determine the correct mattress for me, but having said that it was a differentiator to other shops and a trust/confidence builder. I was offered coffee which was a nice gesture. At the end of the day, Prashant made the difference...friendly and professional approach, and it was a good shopping experience.
