John was a knowledgeable, friendly and fun sales assistant. Using the sleep assessment bed made us feel like we were being offered products tailored as well as possible to our needs, then, once we'd done that John showed us a range of mattresses in different price options, he didn't just hard-sell the most expensive one....even though that's what we went with.
