Sean who served us was amazing. He was very helpful and seemed to know what he was talking about. When we were in the store nobody approached us and one lady even hid from us and disappeared! Sean came out and approached us straight away found us our perfect mattress and pillows!!

My experience while shopping for a new bed was very good! The sales adviser knew what he was talking about and gave me many options. I liked how quick the service was and I picked the perfect bed. I wouldn't have been able to do that on my own.

Our store assistant was Fran (Francesco) and he was absolutely amazing. He really went beyond and above in helping us get the bed we wanted. He pointed us towards the sleep match simulator and we were able to find the mattress we were looking for. He was very polite and friendly and only his persistence in checking if we would be approved for credit made it all possible.

We actually just went to the store in Aylesbury to have a look at what was available. (We are very staisfied with mattresses we have purchased from you in the lst 8 years from your now closed store in Bicester). We were met by a very helpful and frinedly member of your staff called Fran who dealt with us with great professionalism and efficiency and in no time we were married up with a suitable mattress and bed for us to sleep in at our daughter's spare bedroom in Brighton. We would like to commend Fran for his excellent service.
