As a wheelchair user service was an excellent start to finish experience, John was receptive and knowledgable and could not do enough to help, he did not try and force a sale on me just advised what was best for me and my condition. overall it was a very easy and stress-free time.

JOHN KELLY at Aylesbury was wonderful. Helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing. He was also raising funds for charity and dressed as a mascot puppy to entertain children (and grown up kids alike). His warmth and professionalism shone through.

Very good customer service, sales staff were attentive but not pushy. We were offered tea and coffee which was a nice gesture. We were invited to watch the promotional video about SeaQual mattress and how great to see that Dreams is working in partnership to reduce plastic in our oceans. We were recommended to try the simulated mattress selector, reassuring to know we were investing in a mattress that is suitable for us. Overall the sales assistant John Kelly was very helpful. Thank you.
