Dreams - Aylesbury

I Recieved help from all of the staff at the aylesbury showroom, both johns and fran were absolutely astonishing with there product knowledge and customer service! What a breath of fresh air to be able to walk in to a retailer without an annoying salesman trying to flog you something but instead just checking up now and then making sure im not getting lost within the wide range of products and then when I needed assistance it was greatly on offer The store was spotless not a spec of dust on any of the headboards all the beds looked pristine, i had visited other bed shops in the park and did not even want to try the products for simple hygienic reasons but yet this showroom prevailed I was offered a drink and explanations and advice regarding all the products from all of the staff when i needed it on what seemed to be a very busy saturday 10/10 NO FAULTS FOUND

When we entered the store we were greeted by the store manager, Mr. John Elliot who really helped us out. Our choice was explained and options given. Whilst processing our order we were offered refreshments of biscuits and a selection of hot drinks and made to feel like we were friends. A very good professional customer service. Thank you.
