He advised me to use the machine to understand what type of mattress would be best suitable and from there he showed me around those applicable in store. He took time and care in explaining the products and how the different ones varied. I also appreciated how Sean stayed within my budget and was so helpful in explaining my options. John then also helped with finalising the deal and getting me the best offer. As a first time buyer, this was very much appreciated and made bed-buyer less stressful and anxiety-provoking. Both were wonderful.
