The shop assistant that looked after us from the minute we walked in was very knowledgeable and was really friendly. He was very patient with us as we were trying to decide on a matress. The one we chose was the one he said would be for us after explaining our needs right from the beginning

It’s good to have an appointment time and have somebody waiting to meet and greet you. If anything it is better to shop now as to the pre coronavirus times.
