I was well looked after by Paul. He took time to explain the different types of mattresses available. I was given a warm drink, much appreciated on a cold day. Was very patient when I asked to try out the options a second time. Made a point of offering the lift instead of stairs. Dealt with all my queries efficiently. Product knowledge very good. I was happy with my purchase and the warranty cover available. Would certainly recommend the store.

The manager of the Aylesbury branch was very helpful. He understood my back issues. I was put on the talking machine bed so I got the correct mattress I needed. Was offered coffee and a pillow! Chose my mattress. Delivery time was very fast but I collected the day after (today). Happy customer!!

The sales assistant (Zach) provided excellent support enabling us to make the best choice of bed and mattress - this was especially important for my wife who suffers from fibromyalgia. During the ordering process we were also supplied with an excellent coffee which was quite relaxing whist we dealt with the paperwork and payment.

Very impressed with professional assistance I was given during visit to Dreams & highly recommend this company to anyone. I have never had any problems at all with this company. Very happy
