I was served by John Kelly, lovely bloke, very helpful, not pushy, made the whole experience helpful, funny, relaxed, you need to be commended on such a fab bloke, we chatted about everything and anything, didn't feel he needed to make a sale, he was perfect, keep him, he's a goodun!

Fran / Francesco was fantastic. Easy to communicate with, straight to the point, was able to answer all our questions and provide guidance on alternatives (which we ended up going with). I am unsure of the other gentlemans name, but I believe he was the manager, wearing glasses, but helped us out with coffee whilst we purchased the items. Not salesy, but made us want to buy from them. Great experience. Fran is going over and above, and contacting us again when the sleepmotion i900 is able to be sold (the ex display) which we are looking forward to coming back for. No doubt we will also be in the market for a mattress to go on it... :) Thanks Dreams... so far.
