It was a very easy process, we had looked online and had one of us had ‘popped in’ previously to have a look. This time we had to go in with a 5 year old, we felt at ease taking her in due to the precautions Dreams had taken, and also John Kelly who helped us was good at entertaining her too! John was very helpful and explained everything well and helped us sort out everything we needed.
