The lady staff member did not “Pounce” on us when we entered but did welcome us with a warm smile and left us for a minute or two before offering assistance. We think her name is Katy. She guided us through different types and construction of mattresses, helped us by suggesting products after we used the machine to assess our needs (forgotten it’s name, sorry but it is impressive) whilst we had called in just to look we were so comfortable with her help and that of her colleague that we decided not to look at other outlets, which was our intention and chose and bought a mattress there and then! Not something I would normally do believe me. Two lovely, helpful, professional and knowledgable ladies!

We explained why we didn't like the mattress we had and when shown mattresses the assistant listened and didn't show us any we didn't loke
