Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

I went into the store looking for a bed that would be suitable for my wife and I. I believe we have left the store with a bed that is considerably more than suitable - I feel we've got our perfect bed! Ryan, the salesman who worked with us, took us through absolutely everything, explained how the Sleepmatch service works and then led us straight to a mattress which was absolutely spot on! We were even offered a drink as we went through all the payment options. Overall, I can't fault a single aspect of the service from beginning to end.

Both Dan and Sue were fantastic from start to finish, Sue initially on the phone and Dan in store. Patient, informative, friendly and welcoming, Dan was a fantastic help and a credit to Dreams. Sue was also brilliant in helping with the final part of the sale. Only issue was the delivery time was too long for me unfortunately, but that was out of their hands.

The store operative Daniel was extremely helpful and was willing to go the extra mile. His subject knowledge was vast about every aspect of the mattresses your store sold. He was very patient and understanding as we found it difficult to choose the mattress we needed. He give us expert advice on the benefits of each mattress. He is very customer friendly and would recommended friends and family to your store.
