The service was quick and efficient, Katie in store explained our options along with testing what mattress suited us. Store staff were attentive to our needs and offered drinks etc.

Both Dan and Sue were fantastic from start to finish, Sue initially on the phone and Dan in store. Patient, informative, friendly and welcoming, Dan was a fantastic help and a credit to Dreams. Sue was also brilliant in helping with the final part of the sale. Only issue was the delivery time was too long for me unfortunately, but that was out of their hands.

The salesmen were extremely helpful and very nice to talk to. Honestly because of their behaviour i went back to dreams and bought the bed.

The store operative Daniel was extremely helpful and was willing to go the extra mile. His subject knowledge was vast about every aspect of the mattresses your store sold. He was very patient and understanding as we found it difficult to choose the mattress we needed. He give us expert advice on the benefits of each mattress. He is very customer friendly and would recommended friends and family to your store.
