Assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable about products and did not push a sale on us

The staff were attentive but not overpowering, they left us to browse but there if needed

From the minute we stepped in to the Ashton under lyne store we were welcomed by Katie who was amazing. She explained what the dream match machine would do for us and even looked after our baby to make sure we were fully relaxed whilst finding the best fit mattress. So informative,. An inviting welcome from Sue who asked whether I would like to take the sleep assessment (no pressure put on me to agree). Once done, Katie S took me round the store to show me the options which the assessment had highlighted suitable for me. She was helpful, informative and very personable. I didn’t feel pressured (I had gone in with no specific intention to buy) but as Katie was so helpful (& you do Harrison Spinks [Flaxby] mattresses, which fitted my assessment needs and having seen them made on TV I had thought I would like that to be affordable to me - which is was with a reduction in price too!). Katie encouraged me to think about overall comfort before making a decision which the Flaxby did give. She didn’t pressure me to but the most expensive mattress or bed frame but supported what I specifically needed and could afford too. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Katie S

Being a Tuesday the store was quiet so was able to browse and store colleagues were on hand to assist.

The service was quick and efficient, Katie in store explained our options along with testing what mattress suited us. Store staff were attentive to our needs and offered drinks etc.
