We walked around for a good 15 minutes. We were the only customers in the store and there were many shop assistants however we had To go find someone to help us, pretty much every assistant in the store walked past us while I was trying to get some help!

The mattress was supposed to be delivered on 24/10/2018 and we had confirmation by e-mail, text, and telephone. On the 23/10/2018 we were told by telephone that the mattress would not be coming and the lady did not why. We had guests coming to stay on the 24/10/2018 for a week so we had to go and buy a double inflatable bed to accommodate these people. We have not had any other information by your company or any indication on when we are likely to receive our mattress.

My first time in the store I was served my a male who was very friendly and helpful but when I came in a second time he was not there so a female helped me. She was very good naturally friendly and knowledgeable. When the other male came back he more or less shoved her out the way to get to me as if I was his sale . I really felt sorry for her as she was so helpful. I went through the products I wanted with him but the wrong ones were delivered . That was my fault I should have checked the confirmation sent to my phone as it did not match what I thought I bought. I’ve just shifted house and I felt like I had to accept it because otherwise I wouldn’t of had a bed to sleep in for a couple of weeks and I would of had to book even more time off work .

only told i had to pay for delivery and extra for assembly as i was about pay not when view the bed. the bed price has dropped twice in a matter of two weeks. slats have caused myself and my partner a bad back . The bed will not stoping making squeaking and knocking noises we have to be able to get a good nights sleep.

HI, we found placing our order and going through all T&C's with Farzana fine, we were advised delivery would be approx 2 weeks maximum, and we would be contacted to arrange delivery. A week has gone by and I contacted the store to ask when would we expect delivery only to be told the item is out of stock and it will be 6-8 weeks before we received our goods. I am not happy with this as I was told 2 weeks maximum and I had to contact you, nobody thought to contact me to let me know delivery was more than we were advised.

I purchased the standard tempur pillow after several weeks of broken sleep. I tried in the store and the pillow seemed the best option; however, I had not realised there was another section of pillows round the back. I made my purchase, and discovered after there is a cloud version of the pillow. This had not been mentioned at the time of purchase. When I raised this, I was met with chagrin at the suggestion of exchanging and felt pressured to make do. Based on the slogans and general standpoint Dreams put across, I was surprised on returning the next day after an even poorer nights’ sleep (the pillow was too firm as I suspected) to be told I should have read the Ts&Cs, could not make a return and should go on eBay. I admit I should have been savvier, but I had not thought I needed to be, especially after my positive experience purchasing a mattress at another store. However, this has demonstrated fairly clearly that sales are more important than satisfaction and I now have an expensive product I cannot use. Therefore, going forward I will not be using, endorsing or recommending Dreams as a sleep product specialist.

The young girl in the store called Catherine was really helpful and went out of her way to help me. I had called in in the afterNoon afterI had done a night shift and had no sleep ..Catherine went out of her way to show me different mattresses although I was only looking at first I came away purchasing a mattress which saved me a lot of time and hassle it was prefect ..so please say a big thank you to Catherine for all her help . Went to the Ashton under lyne store. One lady at the reception area, was too busy typing on her computer to even bother coming over to ask what I was looking for. I knew the bed I wanted so went over to her and stood there for few minutes whilst she was typing on the computer! She looked up after few minutes. Asked her where a certain bed was. She gave instructions as to where it was, didn't bother to show me herself. Found the bed, looked at it then a man came over asking if I was ok. Told him exactly what I wanted. He was helpful however list interest as soon I told him I know what mattress I want, wasn't interested in the higher priced one he suggested. At this point he lost all interest and proceeded to just get on with the sale as fast as he could. No eye contact, no thanks for the sale, nothing. All this time, the woman from earlier continued to flirt and laugh with another colleague who was showing her a new system or some5hing on the computer. So walked away with spending nearly £600 feeling like I was invisible. Not a good experience at all.
