The bed that we ordered is to be delivered on 31/03/2016. So until then we do not know if we will be satisfied with the service.

Nothing is ever perfect in my opinion

To give highly satisfied means there is no room for improvement, which of course, there always is.

Have not yet received product left a voicemail on morning of delivery saying they had no stock so still waiting for the product

We were very happy with the product we bought and the service of the assistant

The cost of delivery is ridiculous, 39 pound!!!!

We were only in for a very short time and got what we wanted very quickly, so we were quite satisfied with the process.

There's always room for improvement be prices or products

Customer service was very good however felt that the overall price we paid was a little expensive since we have seen similar specification bed frames for a fraction of the cost. Happy to pay the price for the mattress. Overall however good experience

Arissa who served me was polite and friendly and had a good knowledge of different types of mattresses for my needs
