I got the experience I expected

the product i bought was good but the price is advertised at the lowest so when you come to purchase the price jumps up ...also the bed and mattress i bought were not included in the sale....charging for delivery is also a money maker as you can not pick your purchase up from the store so no option but to include delivery

Only because I had to travel to the store as I live in Chadderton Oldham.

The assistant Faz was really helpful until we said our budget and then her attitude towards us changed she was showing us mattresses that were well over our budget and we wanted a bed and a matress.. I had to ask loads of questions to the member of staff she hardly gave any advice I even had to ask why I was paying a deposit when there was a big sign behind her saying 0% interest and no deposit.... At the end of the day we spent over 1k in your store.. However the two delivery men were fantastic so, so friendly and worked really hard they made up for her shabby service

Price & having to wait over 3 weeks for delivery

Sales person was very informative and polite.

we were greeted within a few minutes of entering the store by the assistant. She asked if we needed any help. We were looking at a bed we saw online. She asked if we needed a mattress which we did. She said she would show us when we were ready. We were asked how much we wanted to pay and she showed us what we asked for in our price range. We were asked if we wanted a coffee while we were there.

We was satisfied totally

The store colleague was not able to explain the pricing shown on the ticket. We wanted to know what you got for 799 it felt like the lady was out from the start to sell a higher price mattress. It took multiple times of asking to be shown the relevant info

Only that one of the display mattresses was only available upstairs in the store, whilst the others we were considering were downstairs. This made comparing them more difficult.
