not happy with the delivery option , not many working people that i know can spare a full day waiting for delivery , in my opinion you would please a lot more customers if you could give the option of morning or afternoon/evening deliverys . just my opinion.

I was shopping principally for a single bed and there was only one on display, also most of the other models didn't do singles why?

I looked on-line to see products, but when we went to the store to choose, we discovered the website was misleading, it did not state (a) that that you charge a ridiculous amount of money to recycle an old bed, (b) and when it is delivered, you do not assemble it. Which I find is rather appalling in this day and age, I have never come across this in all the years I have owned a House. My wife and I were thinking of going elsewhere but could not be bothered, and the store manager and his staff were very informative and helpful, - marks out of 10 for post sales service "ZERO"

My initial bed choice delivery date was 5 weeks so I had to change my order.

A little bit pushy when we were not sure

I felt prices were a bit high compared to other stores...

I was less impressed with the 'half price' offers on items - I visited a couple of weeks ago doing my research and all the products I saw yesterday were marked then as only £50 more expensive than the prices available in the current offer. The 'original' higher price was not flagged on my first visit to the store, so it seemed somewhat misleading. I would have been extremely happy with a '£50 off - only till Tuesday' offer and would not have been left with a slightly negative image of your pricing in the process.

There is always room for improvement.

Was hard to calculate the price.

Delivery date a little longer than I would have expected during a holiday period. If you had an item on sale you must know it would be popular and having enough items in stock to support expected demand would have made good business sense
