I was neither satisfied/dissatisfied with delivery as I did not get the mattress/pillows delivered - there is no N/A to select. I collected the same in store.

Staff member extremely helpful at getting best deal for our needs. But our bed is from third party supplier which means that there is long delivery wait and mattress delivered at another time.

I placed an online order which turned out be a shambles. And was given incorrect information from more than one of dreams employees. Had to go into store to rectify and start again. Store staff were great but I would struggle to recommend all aspects of dreams to friends and family. I got to great ladies to help me. I think that was pure luck based on the rest of the experience I had.
