I would have been more satisfied if two of the mattresses I wanted to try had been available in store. I thought they would be available as on the website it didn't say "not available in store" for those mattresses.

The assistant didn't inform us of next day sale which would have reduced the overall cost.

There was a member of staff who made us feel uncomfortable in the store as our son was running around the store while we were trying to chose best product and she was all the time nearly shouting at him. Luckily we were served by a very nice man in the store. But wouldn't come back to be serve by her.
